深圳市ICU护士对机械通气患者撤机指征知信行现状调查及影响因素分析

Investigation and influencing factors analysis of ICU nurses'indication of withdrawal of mechanical ventilation patients knowledge-attitude-practice status in Shenzhen

目的了解ICU护士对机械通气患者的知识、信念和行为现状,并分析其影响因素,为ICU机械通气患者撤机指征的制订提供参考意见。方法2021年6—7月采用ICU护士对机械通气患者撤机指征的知识、信念及行为的问卷,对深圳市某2所三级甲等医院的158名护士进行调查。结果ICU护士对机械通气患者撤机指征总得分71~127分,平均94.82±12.52分,知识为5.28±1.98分、态度50.59±9.62分、行为38.94±6.53分。多元线性回归结果分析显示,年龄是ICU护士对机械通气患者撤机指征知识的影响因素;是否接受过撤机相关培训是ICU护士对机械通气患者撤机指征态度的影响因素;ICU工作年限、性别、是否接受过撤机相关培训是ICU护士对机械通气患者撤机指征行为的影响因素。结论ICU护士对机械通气患者撤机指征知识得分不理想,态度良好,行为稍差。应加强对ICU护士知识的专科培训,提高对撤机指征的认识程度。

Objective To understand the knowledge-attitude-practice status of ICU nurses on patients with mechanical ventilation and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the development of withdrawal indications for ICU patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods From June to July 2021,a total of 158 nurses from 2 GradeⅢClass A hospitals in Shenzhen were investigated by using a questionnaire on the knowledge,attitude and practice of ICU nurses Class on the indication of mechanical ventilation.Results The total score of withdrawal indication of ICU nurses on mechanical ventilation patients ranged from 71 to 127 Points.The average score was 94.82±12.52 points,knowledge was 5.28±1.98 points,attitude was 50.59±9.62 points and behavior was 38.94±6.53 points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that,age was the influencing factor of ICU nurses'knowledge of withdrawal indication of mechanical ventilation patients.Whether the ICU nurses had received evacuation training was a factor influencing the attitude of ICU nurses towards evacuation indication of mechanical ventilation patients.ICU working years,gender,whether had the mechanical ventilation withdrawal training were the influencing factors for indication behavior of ICU nurses on mechanical ventilation patients.Conclusion ICU nurses'knowledge score of withdrawal indication of mechanical ventilation patients was not ideal,their attitude were good,their behavior were slightly worse.It was necessary to strengthen the specialized training of ICU nurses'knowledge,improve the awareness of the indication of withdrawal.
