后疫情时代实习护生关怀能力和职业认同感现状及其相关性分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解新型冠状肺炎疫情后实习护生人文关怀能力和职业认同感的现状及其相关性,以期给护理人才的培养提供参考依据。方法选取2020年11月—2021年1月在上海、黑龙江、重庆、广东、湖南、浙江、陕西、江西、四川等多地区多家医院的293名实习护生为研究对象,用一般资料问卷、关怀能力量表(CAI)、职业认同水平量表进行调查,对结果进行统计学分析。结果实习护生关怀能力总分175.93±16.33分;职业认同感总分106.96±14.07分;关怀能力与职业认同呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论疫情一定程度上影响了实习护生职业认同水平,而实习护生关怀能力相对较低,应发挥疫情积极效应,提升实习护生职业认同感和关怀能力。 Objective To investigate the status quo and correlation of humanistic care ability and professional identity of nursing students after the COVID-19 pandemic,so as to provide reference for the training of nursing talents.Methods During November 2020 to January 2021,to select from Shanghai,Heilongjiang,Chongqing,Guangdong,Hunan,Zhejiang,Shanxi,Jiangxi,Sichuan and other regional hospitals,293 practice nursing students were set as the research object,by using the general information questionnaire,caring ability scale(CAI),the level of professional identity questionnaire survey,statistical analysis of the results.Results The total score of nursing students'caring ability was 175.93±16.33 points.The total score of professional identity was 106.96±14.07 points.There was a positive correlation between caring ability and professional identity(P<0.05).Conclusion The pandemic situation somehow affects the professional identity level of nursing students,and the caring ability of nursing students was relatively low.The positive effect of the epidemic situation should be utilized to improve the professional identity and caring ability of nursing students.
