新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情一线护士创伤后应激障碍与社会支持的相关性研究

Correlation between post-traumatic stress disorder and social support in front-line nurses experienced the COVID-19 pandemic

目的调查新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情一线护士创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)和社会支持状况,分析两者之间的相关性,为今后应对突发疫情提供依据。方法选取2020年5月COVID-19医院收治病区的一线护士181名作为研究对象,应用一般情况调查表、创伤后应激障碍自评量表(PCL-C)和社会支持量表(SSRS),于一线护士从隔离病区撤出隔离休息期间进行问卷调查。结果181名COVID-19一线护士PCL-C量表得分中位数为21(18,29)分,14名护士(7.7%)有PTSD症状,一线护士的社会支持总分中位数为40(32,47)分,PCL-C得分与社会支持呈负相关(P<0.05)。结果显示,社会支持是发生PTSD的影响因素(P<0.05),社会支持度越高,创伤后应激障碍越轻。结论疫情一线护士PTSD发生率不高,高水平的社会支持有利于减少PTSD的发生。

Obiective To investigate the status of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)and social support of nurses in front-line who experienced the COVID-19 pandemic and to analyze the correlation,so as to provide the basis of dealing with sudden epidemic situation in the future.Methods 181 front-line nurses worked in May 2020 who experienced the COVID-19 pandemic were selected as the research objects.The general situation questionnaire,The PTSD checklist civilian verson(PCL-C)scale and social support rating scale(SSRS)were applied to conduct questionnaire survey during the period when front-line nurses withdrew from isolation ward.Results The PCL-C score of 181 front-line nurses was 21(18,29)points,14 nurses(7.7%)had the PTSD symptoms.The total score of social support of front-line nurses was 40(32,47)points.The result showed that,social support was the main influencing factor of PTSD(P<0.05).The higher the social support is,the lighter the post-traumatic stress disorder is.Conclusions The incidence of PTSD in front-line nurses was not high,high level of social support could conducive to reduce the incidence of PTSD.
