电针联合负压吸引治疗勃起功能障碍疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of erectile dysfunction treated by electro-acupuncture and vacuum aspiration

目的观察电针联合负压吸引治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)的疗效。方法66例勃起功能障碍患者,按随机原则分为治疗组和对照组,每组33例。在常规治疗基础上,治组采用电针+负压吸引治疗,对照组口服小剂量西地那非(商品名:万艾可)治疗。比较两组治疗第10、30天组间组内临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗第10天的总有效率97.0%高于对照组的72.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗第10、30天总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗第30天总有效率93.9%高于治疗第10天的72.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率0%低于对照组的21.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合负压吸引治疗勃起功能障碍有良好的临床疗效,并且没有明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the efficacy of erectile dysfunction(ED)treated by electro-acupuncture and vacuum aspiration.Methods A total of 66 patients with erectile dysfunction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.On top of the usual treatment,the treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture and vacuum aspiration,and the control group was treated with low-dose sildenafil(trade name:Viagra).The clinical efficacy on the 10th and 30th day of treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group on the 10th day of treatment was 97.0%,which was higher than 72.7%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment groups on the 10th and 30th day of treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the control group on the 30th day of treatment was 93.9%,which was higher than 72.7%on the 10th day of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 0%lower than 21.2%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combination with vacuum aspiration has good clinical efficacy on the treatment of erectile dysfunction without obvious adverse reactions.
