CGF在糖尿病足溃疡创面治疗中的效果观察

Observation on the effect of CGF in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer

目的观察浓缩生长因子(CGF)在糖尿病足溃疡创面治疗中的效果。方法88例糖尿病足溃疡患者,以随机信封法分为参照组和研究组,每组44例。参照组患者采用常规治疗,研究组患者采用常规治疗+CGF凝胶治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、创面愈合时间及换药次数。结果研究组患者临床总有效率为95.45%,高于参照组的79.55%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者创面愈合时间(21.34±4.96)d短于参照组的(35.28±6.05)d、换药次数(10.08±2.15)次少于参照组的(16.92±3.89)次,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CGF在糖尿病足溃疡创面治疗中可以提升临床治疗效果,减少换药次数,缩短创面愈合时间,效果显著。

Objective To observe the effect of concentrated growth factor(CGF)in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods A total of 88 patients with diabetic foot ulcers were divided into the reference group and the research group by random envelope method,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group received conventional treatment,and patients in the research group received conventional treatment and CGF gel treatment.The clinical efficacy,wound healing time and frequency of dressing changes were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the research group was 95.45%,which was higher than 79.55%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time(21.34±4.96)d of the research group was shorter than(35.28±6.05)d of the reference group,and the frequency of dressing changes(10.08±2.15)times was less than(16.92±3.89)times of the reference group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CGF has significant effect on the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers,which can improve the clinical effect,reduce frequency of dressing change and shorten the wound healing time.
