依达拉奉与尿激酶联用方案治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果

Clinical effect of edaravone combined with urokinase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探析依达拉奉与尿激酶联用方案治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及不良反应,为临床医师选择合理用药方案提供参考。方法130例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。对照组单用尿激酶静脉溶栓疗法治疗,观察组采用依达拉奉与尿激酶联用方案治疗。比较两组治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.92%高于对照组的84.62%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组食欲不振、恶心呕吐、心悸、疲倦发生率分别为3.08%、1.54%、1.54%、4.62%,与对照组的1.54%、3.08%、3.08%、1.54%比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者应用依达拉奉与尿激酶联用方案治疗的临床效果更加显著,可有效改善患者炎症因子水平,提升治疗效果,且不增加不良反应发生率。

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of edaravone combined with urokinase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,so as to provide reference for clinicians to choose rational medication regimens.Methods A total of 130 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with urokinase intravenous thrombolysis,while the observation group was treated with edaravone in combination with urokinase.The therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 96.92%in the observation group was higher than 84.62%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting,palpitations,and fatigue in the observation group were 3.08%,1.54%,1.54%,and 4.62%,respectively,which were not statistically significant compared with 1.54%,3.08%,3.08%,and 1.54%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Edaravone in combination with urokinase has significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors and the therapeutic effect,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
