依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗高血压性脑出血的效果

The effect of edaravone combined with nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗高血压性脑出血的效果。方法60例高血压性脑出血患者作为研究对象,遵从“乱数表法”分配原则分为参照组和研究组,各30例。参照组患者给予常规治疗+尼莫地平治疗,研究组在参照组基础上联合依达拉奉治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的水肿体积、血肿体积变化情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的水肿体积、血肿体积比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的水肿体积、血肿体积均较本组治疗前缩小,且研究组患者的水肿体积(14.24±4.32)ml、血肿体积(15.24±5.71)ml均小于对照组的(20.32±3.26)、(19.86±6.53)ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压性脑出血患者行依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗可以明显提升患者的临床疗效,显著缩小水肿体积及血肿体积,治疗结局理想。

Objective To observe the effect of edaravone combined with nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage as research subjects were divided into reference group and research group according to the allocation principle of"random number table",with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group received conventional treatment and nimodipine treatment,and patients in the research group received edaravone on the basis of the reference group.The edema volume and hematoma volume changes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the edema volume and hematoma volume in both groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the edema volume and hematoma volume in both groups were smaller than those before treatment in this group,and the edema volume(14.24±4.32)ml and hematoma volume(15.24±5.71)ml in the research group were smaller than(20.32±3.26)and(19.86±6.53)ml in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone in combination with nimodipine has a higher therapeutic effect for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,significantly reduce the volume of edema and hematoma,and have an ideal treatment outcome.
