西江流域贵港段辛香料植物之民族植物学研究

Ethnobotany Study of the Aromatic Plants in Guigang Section of Xijiang River Basin

广西贵港市位于桂东南,处于西江流域中游、浔郁平原中部,地势平坦,土壤肥沃,是华南地区水陆联运交通枢纽,大西南东向出海通道的重要门户。贵港居民食用辛香料植物的种类丰富,历史悠久。采用民族植物学的研究方法对西江流域贵港段常见的辛香料植物进行了统计分析,结果表明,当地常见的辛香料共计33种,隶属20科。分析了当地辛香料植物种类多样性、食用部位多样性、食用方法多样性、食用选择区域性以及存在的问题。并根据调查结果,提出了促进当地辛香料植物可持续发展的对策建议,为当地发展特色饮食文化提供理论参考。

Guigang City of Guangxi is located in the southeast of Guangxi,in the middle reaches of Xijiang River basin and in the middle of Xunyu Plain.With flat terrain and fertile soil,it is the water-land transportation hub in south China and an important gateway of the east-southwest to the sea channel.Guigang residents eat a rich variety of spice plants,a long history.In this paper,ethnobotanical methods were used to analyze the common aromatic plants in Guigang section of Xijiang River Basin.The results showed that there were 33 kinds of local common spices,belonging to 20 families,and analyzed the diversity of local spices plant species,edible parts diversity,edible methods diversity,food selection region and existing problems.At the same time,according to the survey results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the sustainable development of local spice plants,providing theoretical reference for the development of local characteristic food culture.
