摘要
该文以“马铃薯试管薯诱导实验”课程为例,分析了合理“增负”对实验课程教学效果的提升作用。基于培养基中高浓度蔗糖诱导马铃薯试管薯实验的基础上,增加了观摩视频和利用最新研究成果来诱导试管薯实验的内容,并以小论文形式提交实验报告。结果表明,合理“增负”使学生掌握了多渠道生产马铃薯块茎技术,提高了综合实践技能和科研思维能力,提升了实验课程的教学效果,达到了培养应用型人才的教学目的。
In this paper,taking the experimental course of“potato microtuber induction”as an example,analyzes the effects of“Reasonable Burden Increasing”on the teaching effects of experimental course.potato microtuber induction based on the higher sugar concentration in medium,this paper was added the contents of watching video related to tuber formation and the latest research findings were applied to the experiment,and finally submitted the experimental report in an research paper formats.The results showed that college students learned varied technology of potato tuber induction,improved the comprehensive practical skills and scientific research ability,and enhanced the teaching effect of experimental courses by“Reasonable Burden Increasing”teaching method,to achieve the teaching goal of cultivating practical talented person.
