铁道车辆用耐大气腐蚀钢Q450NQR1耐腐蚀性能研究

摘要 文章介绍了铁道车辆用耐大气腐蚀钢Q450NQR1耐大气腐蚀性能的影响因素,采用扫描电子显微镜对Q450NQR1的显微组织及夹杂物进行分析,探讨显微组织类型及组织均匀性、晶粒尺寸、钢中非金属夹杂物等因素对耐大气腐蚀钢耐腐蚀性能的影响,研究表明耐候钢晶粒尺寸从11.2μm减小到7.5μm,腐蚀速率呈减小趋势,耐大气环境下的腐蚀性提高31%。 In this paper,the influence factors of atmospheric corrosion resistance of weather resisting steel Q450NQR1 for railway vehicles are introduced.Its microstructures and inclusions are analyzed by scanning electron microscope as well as the influences of such factors as type and homogeneity of microstructure,grain size and non-metallic inclusions in steel on the corrosion resistance of weather resisting steel are discussed.The study results show that the corrosion rate of weathering steel decreases and the corrosion resistance in atmospheric environment increases by 31%when its grain size decreases from 11.2μm to 7.5μm.
