摘要
文章针对磨床测量臂撞坏、探伤装置刮坏、轧辊位置磨削过程偏离初始位置等事故,通过对Z轴走行系统、X轴进给系统、X1轴测量系统的限位及电机、减速、码盘等的检查以及测量系统的分析,提出了改变Z轴限位位置及在测量臂集成防撞开关的解决方案,保证了生产的稳定运行,具有可操作性强、投入少、易推广的特点。
Aiming at the accidents such as the grinding machine measuring arm is damaged,the flaw detection device is scratched,and the roll position deviates from the initial position during grinding,this paper puts forward the solution of changing the z-axis limit position and integrating the anti-collision switch in the measuring arm through the inspection of the limit of z-axis running system,X-axis feeding system and X1 axis measuring system,as well as the inspection of motor,deceleration and code disk,as well as the analysis of the measuring system.It ensures the stable operation of production and has the characteristics of strong operability,less investment and easy popularization.
