短波通信频谱管理系统应用及发展分析 被引量:1

摘要 为解决短波通信过程中通信质量、通信效率不高的问题,本文选择以在广州、天津各设置一个岸站来保障两只船舶组建的运输编队,观察其通信效果,探究短波通信频谱管理系统应用情况,提出要实现频谱管理系统的有效应用,除了把握该项管理系统的整体特征之外,还应明确其组织应用方式与技术特征,并在重复的试验验证与论断中,寻找最佳的短波通信方式,以期为相关研究人员提供参考。本文就短波通信频谱管理系统应用、发展进行了分析。
