静电纺丝制备纳米氧化锆及其对刚果红的吸附性研究

摘要 以乙酸锆为锆源,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为助纺剂,通过静电纺丝法制备前驱体纤维,将其高温焙烧后得到纳米氧化锆(ZrO_(2))。选用刚果红(CR)作为废水模拟物进行吸附实验,考察了ZrO_(2)焙烧温度、CR溶液的初始浓度、吸附时间以及环境温度等因素对纳米ZrO_(2)吸附性能的影响。结果表明:焙烧为800℃,CR溶液的初始浓度为100 mg/L,吸附时间为4.5 h,环境温度为45℃时,ZrO_(2)对CR的最大吸附量为16.7407 mg/g,去除率为16.69%。 The precursor fibers were prepared by electrospinning with zirconium acetate as zirconium source and PVP as the spinning aid.Nano ZrO_(2) was obtained by calcination the precursor fibers at high temperature.Congo Red(CR)was selected as wastewater simulant to carry out the adsorption experiment,and the effects of ZrO_(2) calcination temperature,initial concentration of CR solution,adsorption time and environmental temperature on the adsorption performance of Nano-ZrO_(2) were investigated.The results showed that when the calcined temperature was 800℃,the initial concentration of CR solution was 100 mg/L,the adsorption time was 4.5 h,and the ambient temperature was 45℃,the maximum adsorption capacity of CR by ZrO_(2) was 16.7407 mg/g and the removal rate was 16.69%.
