摘要
介绍了一种新型高效触变船用树脂的合成方法。该合成原料使用二元醇、二元酸/酐等。此外,所述合成原料中还包括催化剂、阻聚剂、抗氧剂、触変剂和交联剂等成分。该合成方法通过引入新型的有机高分子型触变助剂聚酰胺蜡来取代传统的无机型纳米气相二氧化硅进而达到高效触变、不沉降的触变效果,制备一种新型高效的触变型船用树脂。
This paper introduces a new synthetic method of thixotropic marine resin with high efficiency.The synthetic raw material is used as raw material Diols,dibasic acids/anhydrides,etc.In addition,the synthetic raw material also comprises a catalyst,a polymerization inhibitor,an antioxidant,a tactile agent,a cross-linking agent,etc.In this synthesis method,a new type of thixotropic marine resin was prepared by introducing a new type of organic polymer thixotropic additive polyamide wax to replace the traditional inorganic nano fumed silica,so as to achieve the thixotropic effect of high efficiency and non sedimentation.
