摘要
黄曲霉毒素是对人类和动物危害极大的致癌物质。在食品检测领域,快速、准确和有效地检测黄曲霉毒素尤为重要。近年来,因分子印迹聚合物具有特异性识别能力、高预选性、高稳定性、可重复使用性等优点,其在黄曲霉毒素的分离和检测中的应用受到关注。本文综述了分子印迹固相萃取、分子印迹传感器和分子印迹表面增强拉曼光谱在黄曲霉毒素检测中的应用进展。
Aflatoxins are extremely harmful carcinogens to humans and animals.In recent years,attention has been directed toward the application of molecular imprinting polymers for the separation and detection of aflatoxin.In this paper,the applications of molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction,molecularly imprinted sensors and molecularly imprinted surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy in the detection of aflatoxin were reviewed.
