煤基费托合成液体石蜡正构烷烃含量分析方法选择研究

摘要 煤基费托液体石蜡中含有大量正构烷烃、异构烷烃,正构烷烃含量是衡量煤基费托合成液体石蜡产品质量,决定产品价值的关键指标。目前分析该产品正构烷烃含量主要有两个途径,一种途径是使用以SH/T 0889—2014分析方法为代表的直接分析法,使用非极性色谱柱将试样组分依据沸点高低进行分离后用峰面积计算正构烷烃含量,另一种途径是使用以SH/T 0410—1992分析方法为代表的吸附分析法。本研究通过对两类分析方法的实际使用来探讨煤基费托液体石蜡正构烷烃分析方法的选择。通过使用不同类型的分析方法分别对加氢精制、加氢裂化2种液体石蜡产品进行分析,对分离效果、组分定性、谱图积分等信息进行比较汇总,最终找到了适用于煤基费托液体石蜡正构烷烃含量分析的最佳方法。 Coal-based Fischer-Tropsch liquid paraffin contains a large number of n-alkanes and iso-alkanes.The content of n-alkanes is the key index to measure the quality and value of coal-based Fischer-Tropsch synthetic liquid paraffin.At present,there are two main ways to analyze the n-alkane content of the product.One way is to use the direct analysis method represented by SH/T 0889-2014 analysis method.Non-polar chromatographic column is used to separate the sample components according to the boiling point and the peak area is used to calculate the n-alkane content.Another way is to use the adsorption analysis method represented by SH/T 0410-1992 analysis method.In this study,the choice of normal paraffin analysis method for coal-based Fischer-Tropsch liquid was discussed through the practical application of two analytical methods.Two kinds of liquid paraffin products,hydrorefining and hydrocracking,were analyzed by using different analytical methods,and the information of separation effect,component qualitative and spectrum integral were compared and summarized.Finally,the best method suitable for the analysis of n-paraffin content in coal-based Fischer Tropsch liquid paraffin was found.
