摘要
海洋平台甲板片总装合拢传统做法为插装方式,合拢时需要水平移动使得组合梁腹板插入环板之间。移动过程中与墙皮、型钢等杆件多有碰撞,造成增加临时切割工作量,吊机资源浪费、后期杆件恢复等问题。扣片式合拢通过预留部分环板后装的方式,实现甲板片自上而下垂直合拢,可避免或减少上述问题,达到提高施工效率、节约成本的目的。
The traditional method of assembling and closing the deck panels of offshore platform is inserting,which needs to move horizontally to make the composite beam web inserted between the ring plates.In the process of moving,it often collides with wall skin,section steel and other members,resulting in the increase of temporary cutting workload,the waste of crane resources,and the recovery of later members.In order to avoid or reduce the above-mentioned problems and achieve the purpose of improving the construction efficiency and saving the cost,the buckle plate closure realizes the vertical closure of the deck plate from top to bottom by reserving part of the ring plate for later installation.
