液化气脱硫化氢塔液泛问题探讨及流程优化

摘要 本文通过对某炼厂焦化装置液化气脱硫化氢塔操作参数的波动,塔内填料结焦情况的分析,发现造成脱硫化氢塔液泛现象的原因是上游装置携带焦粉过多,以及焦粉吸附了大量胺液中的热稳定盐形成的黏稠物堵塞填料所致。采取了吹扫、水冲洗及胺液净化等措施后,装置运行情况得以改善。后因为焦化液化气脱硫化氢塔检修,导致重催液化气脱硫化氢塔超负荷运行又出现液泛,产品频繁不合格的问题,在多次探讨分析之后,提出了通过增设静态混合器来解决问题的设想。 Based on the analysis of the fluctuation of operation parameters and the coking of the packing in the LPG dehydrogenation tower of a coking plant,it is found that the flooding of the dehydrogenation tower is caused by too much coke powder carried in the upstream unit and the packing blocked by the viscous substance formed by the coke powder adsorbing a large amount of heat stable salt in the amine liquid.After the measures of purging,water flushing and amine purification were taken,the operation of the unit was improved.Later,because of the overhaul of the coking liquefied gas hydrogen sulfide removal tower,the heavy catalytic liquefied gas hydrogen sulfide removal tower was overloaded and flooded again,and the products were frequently unqualified.After many discussions and analysis,the idea of adding a static mixer to solve the problem was put forward.
