浅议CB型离心泵密封改造

我公司在产品生产流程中,CB型离心泵的数量占50%左右,但因工艺条件的不断改变,离心泵频繁出现轴封损坏、物料泄漏等问题,针对这一问题,分析离心泵密封失效的原因,对离心泵的原密封形式进行改造,通过对机械密封的选型比较,改造成169型外装波纹管机械密封,通过改造大大延长了离心泵的运行周期。

Our company in the product production process,CB type centrifugal pump number accounts for about 50%,but because of the changing process conditions,centrifugal pump frequent problems such as the leakage of the shaft seal damage,material,in order to solve this problem,this paper analyzes the reason of the centrifugal pump seal failure,form of the original seal of centrifugal pump,through the comparison and selection of mechanical seal,converted into 169 type bellows mechanical seal,through transforming greatly extended long operation cycle of centrifugal pump.
