浅析工程档案在经济管理中的保障作用--以东营市水务工程为例

Analysis on the Guarantee Function of Engineering Archives in Economic Management--Taking Dongying Water Project as an Example

随着市场经济体制的不断转变,经济管理逐渐成为当前事业单位主要的管理方式,经济管理的高效应用是促使事业单位工作质量提高、工作效率提升。山东省东营市2021年重点工程项目有包含河口区城区排水综合整治工程在内的76个项目,在东营市委、市政府制定的《东营市重点水务工程建设实施方案》中,包括6大类227项东营市重点水务工程,估算总投资130亿元。工程项目的实施、工程建设的发展对推动事业单位的经济发展、城市整体经济发展起着关键作用,工程档案管理日益显现出在事业单位经济管理中的地位和作用。文章通过分析东营市水务工程档案管理工作,就如何更好地开展水务工程管理和工程档案管理工作提出几点建议。

with the continuous transformation of the market economic system,economic management has gradually become the main management mode of public institutions.The efficient application of economic management is to improve the work quality and efficiency of public institutions.The key projects of Dongying City in 2021 include 76 projects including the comprehensive treatment of urban drainage in Hekou District.In the"implementation plan for the construction of key water projects in Dongying City"formulated by Dongying Municipal Party committee and government,there are 227 key water projects in six categories,with an estimated total investment of 13 billion yuan.The implementation of engineering projects and the development of engineering construction play a key role in promoting the economic development of public institutions and the overall economic development of the city.Engineering archives management increasingly shows its position and role in the economic management of public institutions.Based on the analysis of Dongying water project archives management,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to better carry out water project management and project archives management.
