高校实验室常见职业危害暴露特点分析

Features of General Occupational Hazards Exposure in University Laboratory

为进一步提升管理人员、实验人员对高校实验室职业常见危害的认知,辨识了化学、地质、冶金、安全、医学等专业实验室常见的职业危害因素。与工厂职业危害暴露进行对比,分析确定高校实验室职业危害暴露的特点为:职业危害监管不到位、暴露时间不确定、自动化程度低、暴露人员不固定及职业危害变化。因此,应建立学校、院系及实验室多层级适用的职业危害管理制度,加强实验室职业危害评估与实验室安全文化建设,注重个人防范意识提升,以保障实验人员的身心健康,持续提高实验室的本质安全水平。

In order to improve the awareness of management personnel and laboratory personnel on general occupational hazards.Common occupational hazards in laboratories such as chemistry,geology,metallurgy,safety,and medicine were identified.Compared with factory occupational hazard exposure,the characteristics of occupational hazard exposure in college laboratories were analyzed and determined as follows.inadequate supervision of occupational hazards,exposure time was uncertain,low degree of automation,the experimenter is changing and changing occupational hazards.To protect the experimenters and keep improving the laboratory's inherent safety level,it is necessary to establish a multi-level occupational hazard management system for schools,departments and laboratories.Moreover,more attention should be paid on laboratory occupational hazard assessment,enhancing personal prevention awareness,and culture the safety culture of laboratory.
