转化医学共享平台大型仪器设备培训方法探索 被引量:1

摘要 为探索有效的大型仪器设备培训方法,提高高校大型仪器设备使用率,促进大型仪器设备开放共享,提升科研服务水平,通过对我校转化医学共享平台显微表征中心多年实践经验总结发现:现场培训与慕课培训的有效结合可极大提高培训的效率与质量,以平台通用性较好的激光共聚焦显微镜LSM880为例,年培训考核通过的人数由85人次增加至260人次;年有效使用机时由1200 h增加至2700 h,极大推进了大型仪器设备共享平台的开放共享,是当下大型仪器设备高效高质培训的可行方案之一。 In order to explore the effective training methods,improve the utilization rate and promote the open sharing of large instruments and equipment,and then to improve the level of service for scientific research,through the summary of the multiple trainings of the microscopy characterization center of the translational medicine sharing platform in our university,it is found that the effective cooperation of on-site training and MOOC training can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of training.Taking the laser confocal microscope LSM880 with good versatility in our platform as an example,the number of people who passed the annual training examination increased from 85 to 260,the annual effective use time increased from 1200 hours to 2700 hours,greatly promoting the open sharing of large instrument sharing platform.So this training method is currently one of the feasible schemes with high efficiency and high quality training for large instruments and equipment.
