摘要
将科学研究与实验教学相结合,对药剂学综合实验进行了改革。该实验结合新型纳米制剂的相关技术:脂质体的制备方法、表征方法,优化了处方配比,同时引入细胞培养及MTT法检测细胞活力的相关知识。实现了纳米制剂的制备、表征和MTT法检测细胞活力等前沿领域的相互融合,让科研反哺教学,在促进科研与教学的相互转化中增强学生的学习兴趣并且反复巩固理论课本中的重点和难点知识,真正达到实验教学的目的。
The purpose of this article is to combine scientific research with experimental teaching,the teaching reform of comprehensive pharmaceutics experiments was carried out.This experiment combines the relevant technologies of the new nano-preparation:preparation method and characterization method of liposomes,optimizes the prescription ratio,and introduces the relevant knowledge of cell culture and MTT method to detect cell viability.It has realized the integration of cutting-edge fields such as the preparation and characterization of nano preparations and the detection of cell viability by the MTT method,allowing scientific research to feed back teaching,enhancing students'interest in learning while promoting the mutual transformation of scientific research and teaching,and repeatedly consolidating the key points and difficulties in theoretical textbooks Knowledge truly achieves the purpose of experimental teaching.
