摘要
以高产优质为果蔗育种目标,经预试品比试验获得了‘川糖12-1145’、‘川糖13-1393’、‘川糖13-1283’、‘川糖13-1228’、‘川糖13-1103’、‘川糖14-40’、‘川糖14-42’、‘川糖14-56’和‘川糖15-30’9个果蔗新品系,为了更好地掌握各果蔗新品系的综合性状,对9个果蔗新品系进行了品比试验,‘华南54-11’(CK_(1))和‘粤糖58-489’(CK_(2))为对照,并运用DTOPSIS法对11个品种(系)进行综合评价。结果表明:‘川糖14-56’的产量虽不是最高,但因口感好、外形美观、抗逆性强,综合性状表现最优,其Ci值为0.70180,高于CK_(1)和CK_(2);‘川糖13-1283’的产量仅次于CK_(2),综合性状表现排名第二,其Ci值为0.60811,低于CK_(2)而高于CK_(1);其余品系的Ci值不及CK_(1)和CK_(2)两个对照,综合性状较差。‘川糖14-56’和‘川糖13-1283’这两个品系可考虑进入区域和示范试验,以培育新的高产优质果蔗新品种。
Taking high yield and high quality as the goal of chewing cane breeding,9 new chewing cane clones were obtained through the pre-comparison test,including Chuantang12-1145,Chuantang13-1393,Chuantang13-1283,Chuantang13-1228,Chuantang13-1103,Chuantang14-40,Chuantang14-42,Chuantang14-56 and Chuan⁃tang15-30.In order to better master the comprehensive characters of each new clone,the comparison test of 9 chew⁃ing cane clones was conducted.In the experiment,Huanan54-11(CK_(1))and Yuetang58-489(CK_(2))were used as the controls,and 11 varieties(clones)were comprehensively evaluated by DTOPSIS method.The results showed that al⁃though the yield of Chuantang14-56 was not the highest,but its comprehensive traits was the best because of its good taste,good-looking appearance and strong resistance to stress.The Ci value of Chuantang14-56 was 0.70180,higher than both CK_(1) and CK_(2).The yield of Chuantang13-1283 was second,merely lower than CK_(2),and its comprehensive traits ranked the second.Ci value of Chuantang13-1283 was 0.60811,which was between two control varieties.The Ci values of other clones were not as good as that of CK_(1) and CK_(2),and the comprehensive characters were poor.Chuan⁃tang14-56 and Chuantang13-1283 can be considered to be advanced to regional and demonstration trials to develop new chewing cane varieties with high yield and high quality.
