摘要
对目标器官所含化合物进行全面解析,探讨化合物形成、积累、转化机制,揭示种内亚种、变种及变型分化的物质基础,是以特定部位所含化合物为关注对象的作物品质改良和栽培管理的前提条件。本研究以甜菊糖苷组分差异大的甜叶菊收获器官叶片所含化合物的液质联用解析为例,首先对化合物全面解析所面临的挑战进行了探讨,结果表明,多样本化合物全面解析存在有效分离受限、保留时间不规则漂移、定性信息丰度不一等挑战,然后利用Visual Basic编程语言,建立了植物器官所含化合物液质联用分析数据的采集、整理、归类和定量系统,为以甜叶菊叶片为代表的作物收获器官品质育种及化学形态学研究提供分析工具。
To evaluation compounds in target organs,and to explore the biosynthesis,accumulation and transforma⁃tion mechanism of compounds,and to reveal chemical basis of differentiation between subspecies,varieties and forms of the same specie,and to promote crop quality breeding and cultivation management which focus on com⁃pounds contained in harvested organism.Taking analysis of compounds in harvested leaves of Stevia Rebaudiana as an example,challenges of compounds comprehensive analysis were revealed firstly,results showed that there were limited challenges of limitation of separation,irregular drift of retention time and difference in qualitative informa⁃tion.And then,an analysis system for collecting,sorting,classifying and quantifying of the LC-MS data of com⁃pounds in plant organs was introduced,which also could be used as an analytical tool for organ quality breeding and chemical morphological studies of harvesting organs represented by stevia leaves.
