不同甘蔗品种蔗茎纤维组分差异分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the Difference of Cane Stalk Fiber Components in Different Sugarcane Varieties

摘要 纤维组分是甘蔗干物质的主要成分,其主要功能是构成细胞壁。本研究测定了5个常见甘蔗品种蔗茎中上、中、下各部分纤维素、半纤维素和木质素含量。结果发现,纤维素和半纤维素含量在不同品种和不同部位间差异均显著,木质素含量在不同品种和部位间差异均不显著。品种间纤维素含量:‘福农39号’(31.66%)>‘新台糖22号’(30.01%)>‘云蔗05-51’(29.83%)>‘粤糖93-159’(25.81%)>‘桂糖32号’(24.91%);半纤维素含量:‘新台糖22号’(16.82%)>‘粤糖93-159’(15.83%)>‘福农39号’(14.93%)>‘云蔗05-51’(14.83%)>‘桂糖32号’(14.00%);木质素含量:‘新台糖22号’(5.45%)>‘福农39号’(5.37%)>‘桂糖32号’(5.26%)>‘云蔗05-51’(4.98%)>‘粤糖93-159’(4.73%)。不同部位纤维素含量:下部(35.83%)>中部(27.93%)>上部(21.57%);半纤维素含量:上部(21.30%)>下部(12.36%)>中部(12.19%);木质素含量:上部(5.54%)>下部(5.22%)>中部(4.71%)。不同组分间,纤维素含量与半纤维素含量呈极显著负相关,木质素与纤维素和半纤维素含量无相关性。 Fiber component is the main component of dry matter in sugarcane and its main function is to form cell wall.The contents of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin in the upper,middle and lower parts of the stalk of 5 sugar⁃cane varieties were determined.The results found that the cellulose and semi-cellulose content in different varieties and parts were significantly different,and lignin in different varieties and parts were not significantly different.Cellu⁃lose content for varieties was in the order of Funong39(31.66%)>“ROC”22(30.01%)>Yunzhe05-51(29.83%)>Yuetang93-159(25.81%)>Guitang32(24.91%);hemicellulose content was in the order o“f ROC”22(16.82%)>Yu⁃etang93-159(15.83%)>Funong39(14.93%)>Yunzhe05-51(14.83%)>Guitang32(14.00%);lignin content was in the order o“f ROC”22(5.45%)>Funong39(5.37%)>Guitang32(5.26%)>Yunzhe05-51(4.98%)>Yuetang 93-159(4.73%).Cellulose for parts was in the order of lower(35.83%)middle>(27.93%)upper>(21.57%);hemicellulose content was in the order of upper(21.30%)>lower>(12.36%)middle>(12.19%);lignin content was in the order of upper(5.54%)lower>(5.22%)Central>(4.71%).Among different components,cellulose content was significantly negatively associated with hemicellulose content,and lignin had no correlation with cellulose and hemicellulose con⁃tent.
