摘要
船舶螺旋桨性能设计主要集中在效率和空泡性能两个方面。在螺旋桨理论设计中,采用径向最佳环量分布有助于桨效率的提升,然而关于弦向负荷分布对效率影响的研究很少。论文采用不同的弦向负荷分布对一艘集装箱船的螺旋桨进行升力面理论设计,并加工桨模,在中国船舶科学研究中心的大型循环水槽中对桨模进行船后水动力试验。通过对各桨效率的比较,分析弦向负荷分布对螺旋桨效率的影响。
More attention in ship propeller design is paid to the efficiency and cavity performance.In theoretical design,it’s helpful to improve efficiency of the propeller by using radial optimal propeller design method,however,there is little study of the effect of chordwise loading distribution on the efficiency.Herein,designs with lifting-surface method are made for a container ship propeller having different chordwise loading distribution.Hydrodynamic validation of each design propeller is made by CFD method.Propeller models are manufactured,which performance behind a ship’s wake is measured in the large cavitation channel of CSSRC.Results show that there is a slight difference in efficiency between these models with different chordwise loading distribution.
