摘要
论述了铝/钢连接难点与各类连接方法的发展现状,并着重介绍了铝/钢电阻点焊中优化电极、加中间层、热补偿垫片法3种主要的提高接头性能的方法及前沿的一些尝试。另外针对电阻点焊过程的检测与数值模拟也做了简要概括。最后,针对目前铝/钢电阻点焊研究尚且存在的一些问题进行了展望。
Difficulties of Al/Steel connection and the development of various connecting methods were introduced. Three mainly research directions of Al/Steel resistance spot welding,optimizing electrode,adding interlayer and thermal compensation gasket,to improve the joint performance and some advanced connecting methods were discussed. In addition,the monitoring and numerical simulation of resistance spot welding process was also briefly summarized. Finally,some existing problems of resistance spot welding of aluminum/steel were prospected.
