摘要
针对二代在线专用离子色谱分析测量装置存在的水样消耗量大、测量稳定性差、测量指标不全等问题,研制了包含在线超纯水系统、全自动在线取样系统、在线阴阳离子分析系统和控制及数据处理系统在内的三代工业在线专用离子色谱分析测量装置,该装置采用全自动在线取样系统,使用超纯水作为淋洗液,可以检测单个离子的质量浓度,投入运行后,可以准确测量单种阴阳离子的质量浓度,实时反映锅炉水汽系统中离子质量浓度的变化,为机组的稳定运行提供准确、及时的服务。
In view of the problems of large number of water samples, poor measurement stability, and incomplete measurement indicators of the second-generation online special ion chromatographic analysis and measurement device, the third-generation special ion chromatographic analysis and measurement device including online ultrapure water system,automatic online sampling system, online zwitter-ion analysis system and computer control system is developed. The device adopts the automatic online sampling system, which uses ultrapure water as the eluent, and the mass concentration of single ion can be detected. After operation, the mass concentration of single cation and anion can be accurately measured, and the change of ion mass concentration in boiler water vapor system can be reflected in real time, providing accurate and timely service for the operation of the unit.
