摘要
风电汇集区一般处于电网末端,且风电装机容量大,通过集中送出的方式与主网相连,在机组大出力工况下易引发地区电网电压偏低,甚至越下限。以内蒙古某风电汇集区为研究对象,基于变电站低压侧集中补偿、风电场无功设备补偿和风电机组无功输出3种方案分析了该地区电网无功电压特性,认为可以通过释放风电机组无功容量进行无功电压调节,为消除地区低电压风险保障新能源安全稳定送出提供理论支撑,方法可供新能源汇集区同类技术问题借鉴。
The wind power gathering area is generally located at the end of the grid, and the installed capacity of wind power is very large. It is connected to a main grid through centralized transmission lines. Thus, when wind turbines have high output power, it is easy to cause low voltage of the regional power grid, which directly affects the transmission and consumption of new energy. In this paper, an actual wind power gathering area of Inner Mongolia power grid is taken as a research object, based on three schemes of centralized compensation on the low voltage side of substations, compensation for reactive power equipment in wind farms, and reactive power output of wind turbines, the reactive power and voltage characteristics of the area are studied. It is believed that reactive power voltage regulation can be performed by releasing the reactive power capacity of wind turbines. And based on the results, the solutions to the problem of low voltage are analyzed, so as to eliminate the risk of regional low voltage problem, ensure the safe and stable delivery of new energy,and provide reference for similar problems of new energy gathering areas.
