不稳定补充水质循环水高浓缩倍率的控制 被引量:1

摘要 华电渠东发电有限公司机组循环冷却水补水水质不稳定,无法按常规的浓缩倍率调节方法控制循环水水质。通过开展循环水动态模拟试验,对循环水控制指标进行优化,全碱度由8 mmol/L提升到12 mmol/L,钙硬度由18 mmol/L提升到22 mmol/L,将循环水浓缩倍率控制在较高水平,且保证了循环水水质稳定、良好,解决了不稳定补充水水质导致的循环水水质问题,保障了循环水系统的安全稳定与经济运行。 The make-up water quality of circulating cooling water of units in Huadian Qudong Power Generation Co.,Ltd., is unstable, and the circulating water quality cannot be controlled according to the conventional regulation method of concentration ratio. Through the dynamic simulation test of circulating water, the control index of circulating water is optimized. After the total alkalinity is increased from 8 mmol/L to 12 mmol/L, and the calcium hardness is increased from18 mmol/L to 22 mmol/L, the concentration ratio of circulating water can be improved and controlled at a high level, which ensures the stable and good quality of circulating water, solves the problem of circulating water quality caused by unstable supplementary water quality, and ensures the safe, stable and economic operation of circulating water system.
