药物综合治疗绝对期青光眼疼痛的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of drug comprehensive treatment on Severe eye pain in patients with absolute glaucoma

目的分析绝对期青光眼患者剧烈眼痛的药物治疗效果。方法共23例,先球后注射2%利多卡因2ml,再球后注射氯丙嗪25mg,注射后眼部用绷带加压包扎24小时,并使用20%甘露醇250ml及地塞米松5mg静滴一次,服用醋甲唑胺片每次25mg,每日二次,滴卡替洛尔滴眼液每次一滴,每天二次。结果经本方法治疗者眼痛缓解,均未做眼球摘除手术。结论以球后注射氯丙嗪为主的药物综合治疗可减轻绝对期青光眼的疼痛症状。方法简便、易行、经济、有效,是缓解绝对期青光眼患者顽固性眼痛的一种方法,值得基层医院选用。

Objetive To analyze the effect of drug treatment for absolute glaucoma patients with severe eye pain.Methods23 cases were treated with retrobulbar injection of 2 ml 2% Lidocaine first.Then 25 mg Chlorpromazine was injected into the retrobulbar.After injection,the eyes were bandaged with pression bandage for 24 hours,and 250 ml 20% mannitol and 5 mg dexamethasone were used for each intravenous drip,and then 250 mg acetazolamide tablets each time and one drop of carterol eye drops were taken for twice a day.Results After the treatment,the pain in eyes was relieved,and no enucleation was performed.Conclusion Retrobulbar injection of chlorpromazine can reduce the pain of absolute glaucoma.The method is simple,easy,economic and effective.It is a method to relieve the intractable eye pain of patients with absolute glaucoma,and it is worth choosing in the basic hospital.
