安徽省医疗机构眼科资源现状调查

Investigation on ophthalmic resources in medical institutions in Anhui Province

目的了解并分析安徽省内各级医疗机构中的眼科资源,为有效的开展防盲治盲工作提供依据。方法横断面定量对比分析。对在安徽省16个地市及所属县(区)卫生行政主管部门注册的独立眼科专科或含有眼科的医疗机构发放调查表,统计2018年8月-2019年9月的各级医疗机构中眼科的设置、人员等情况并分析。结果本次共收到全省339家提供眼科服务的医疗机构反馈的调查表,调查中公立机构217家、非公立机构122家;其中三级医疗机构63家,二级医疗机构199家,一级医疗机构及诊所77家;眼科医生1808人,眼科护士2023人,眼科视光技师483人。年门诊量4446660人次、年住院量288910人次、年门诊手术118576人次、年住院手术量249930台次。结论安徽省提供眼科服务的医疗机构仍以公立机构为主,但是非公立医疗机构也在快速增加。基层眼科高级职称人员偏少,防盲治盲工作仍需要大力提倡和扩大覆盖面。

Objetive To understand and analyze the ophthalmic resources in medical institutions at all levels in Anhui Province,so as to provide basis for effective prevention and treatment of blindness.Methods Cross sectional quantitative comparative analysis.Questionnaires were distributed to independent ophthalmology specialties or medical institutions with ophthalmology registered with the competent health administrative departments of 16 prefectures,cities and affiliated counties(districts) in Anhui Province,and the settings and personnel of ophthalmology in medical institutions at all levels from August 2018 to September 2019 were counted and analyzed.Results The questionnaire was received from 339 medical institutions providing ophthalmic services.In this survey,there are 217 public institutions and 122 non-public institutions;There are 63 tertiary hospitals,199 secondary hospitals,77 primary hospitals and eye Clinics;There are 1808 ophthalmologists,2023 ophthalmic nurses and 483 ophthalmic technicians.The annual outpatient volume is 4446660,the annual inpatient volume is 288910,the annual outpatient operation is 118576,and the annual inpatient operation is 249930.Conclusion The medical institutions providing ophthalmic services in Anhui Province are still mainly public institutions,but non-public medical institutions are also increasing rapidly.There are few people with senior professional titles in ophthalmology at the grass-roots level,and the prevention and treatment of blindness still needs to be vigorously advocated and expanded.
