摘要
采用计算流体力学的方法研究了不同介质流速、进口直径、出口直径、中腔下端直径以及中腔上端锥度对流阻系数的影响。结果表明:介质流速对流阻基本没有影响,较小的进口直径和较大的出口直径能够明显降低阀门流阻系数,较大的中腔下端直径和较小的上端锥度能够略微降低流阻系数,但是却能够明显降低水流急速区域,减小漩涡区域,使得阀内流动更加稳定。其中,进口直径对流阻系数影响最大,中腔上端锥度对流阻系数影响最小。
In this study,the method of computational fluid dynamics was used to analyze the factors influencing the flow resistance coefficient of the lift check valve,including medium flow rate,inlet diameter,outlet diameter,lower end diameter of the middle cavity,and upper end taper of the middle cavity.The results show that the medium flow rate has no effect on the flow resistance;smaller inlet diameter and larger outlet diameter can significantly reduce the flow resistance coefficient;larger lower end diameter of the middle cavity and smaller upper end taper can slightly reduce the flow resistance coefficient,while significantly reducing the rapid area of the water flow,reducing the vortex area,and making the flow in the valve more stable.The inlet diameter has the biggest influence on the flow resistance coefficient,while the upper end taper of the middle cavity has the smallest influence.
