基于《海船船员培训大纲》的“船舶管理”混合教学改革

摘要 在《海船船员培训大纲》(2016版)颁布实施的背景下,结合“船舶管理”(轮机)的教学现状及航运发展趋势,进行课程教学改革.在培训大纲要求的基础上,重新制定课程教学大纲,更新教学内容,建立课程题库与案例库,采用线上线下混合教学和多样化考核评价方式.分析总结课程改革的教学效果,针对不足之处提出改进措施. In accordance with the promulgation and implementation of the Syllabus for Seagoing Crew Training(2016),and the current teaching situation and shipping development trend of“ship management”(marine engineering),a course teaching reform has been carried out.On the basis of the requirements of the training program,the syllabus has been reformulated.The teaching content has been updated,and the course question bank and case bank have been established.The online and offline mixed teaching has been adopted.The assessment and evaluation methods are diversified.This paper analyzes and summarizes the teaching effect of the curriculum reform,and puts forward the improvement measures for the deficiencies.
