摘要
EPC总承包模式主要是针对工程设计、采购、施工、试运行环节进行的相关科学管理,在建设工程项目中运用较为广泛,通常公司在总价合同条件下,对其所承包工程的质量、安全、费用和进度进行负责,将其企业的利润增加到最大化。
EPC general contract mode is widely used in construction projects for the scientific management of the project design,procurement,construction,and commissioning.The contracting companies are usually responsible for the quality,safety,cost and schedule of the projects under the condition of overall cost contract and at the same time to maximize the profit of their enterprises.
