大兆瓦风电机组结构复杂,涉及专业领域较多,往往某一部件出现问题,故障却在其他部件上表现出来。对于这类故障定位难度大,短时间内仅从故障部件出发,很难发现真正的问题所在,造成频繁停机,严重影响机组发电量。因此,快速定位故障原因,成为解决问题的关键。本文结合具体案例,提供了一种风电机组齿轮箱润滑故障的问题分析思路。

The structure of large wind turbine is complex and involves many professional fields.Problems often occur in one component,but the faults are shown in other components.It is difficult to locate such faults and find the real problem only from the faulty parts in a short time,resulting in frequent shutdown and seriously affecting the power generation of the unit.Therefore,quickly locating the cause of fault has become the key to solve the problem.Combined with specific cases,this paper provides a problem analysis idea of gearbox lubrication system failure of wind turbine.
