Upgrading and Replacement of Siemens 6SE70 Series Frequency Converter

西门子6SE70变频器由于其可靠性高,应用范围广等原因,在我生产现场有大量使用。但其于2011年左右开始陆续停产,备件采购也于几年无法正常采购,由于鄂钢宽厚板厂是连续大型化轧钢生产线,整线停机改造的可能性小,代价大。且由于自动系统采用西门子TDC装置的原因,改造技术门槛也较高。于是保证备件正常供应和高效可靠升级是本文探索的主要内容。

Siemens 6SE70 frequency converter is widely used in our production site because of its high reliability and wide application range.However,it began to stop production around 2011,and the procurement of spare parts could not be normally purchased in recent years.Because our plant is a continuous large-scale steel rolling production line,the possibility of shutdown and transformation of the whole line is small and the cost is high.Moreover,due to the adoption of Siemens TDC device in the automatic system,the technical threshold of transformation is also high.Therefore,the main content of this paper is to ensure the normal supply of spare parts and efficient and reliable upgrading.
