The pulley assembly is an important part of the elevator traction system.If the design is not good,it is easy to cause problems such as too short life of the pulley,axle shedding,excessive vibration,abnormal noise of the pulley and the rope off groove.In this paper,the material selection and structure design,calculation and test,optimization selection,assembly process and on-site installation process of the pulley assembly of the elevator are introduced,which can provide reference for the design and use of the pulley of the elevator.
