高职院校科研激励机制研究与对策——以和田职业技术学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 构建健全的科研激励机制对于促进高职院校科研工作具有重要的现实意义。本文将需求层次理论、激励理论、竞争理论与高职院校科研激励机制相结合,分析了科研激励机制对我国高职院校科研工作的重要作用。基于此,对和田职业技术学院200多名教师科研现状进行了广泛调研,分析了学院目前的科研激励机制中存在的问题,并在借鉴相关研究成果基础上提出了完善其科研激励机制的对策。 It is of great practical significance to construct a sound incentive mechanism for scientific research in higher vocational colleges.This paper combined needs theory,incentive theory,competition theory and scientific research incentive mechanism of higher vocational colleges,and analyzed the important role of scientific research incentive mechanism in scientific research of higher vocational colleges in China.Based on this,the research status of more than 200 teachers in Hetian Polytechnic has been extensively investigated,and the research incentive mechanism has been deeply studied.Based on the reference of relevant research results,the countermeasures to improve the research incentive mechanism have been put forward.
