产业集群视角下高职高水平专业群建设路径研究

On the Construction Route of High-level Professional Group in Higher Vocational Colleges from the View of Industrial Cluster

专业群建设是高职院校办出特色和品牌的关键载体,高水平专业群是高水平高职学校建设的关键所在,与学校改革发展定位密切相关,关系到人才培养与社会服务的方向性和有效性。在产业集群视角下,专业群建设受到组建逻辑、“三教”改革力度以及服务产业能力等因素影响。在未来的建设周期中,各高职院校需要从组建逻辑、教学改革、教学团队、产教融合、院校治理五大方面着手,建设高水平专业群,推动学校内涵发展。

The construction of professional group is the key carrier for higher vocational colleges to run their characteristics and brands,and the high-level professional group is the key to the construction of high-level higher vocational colleges,which is closely related to the reform and development positioning of colleges,and is related to the direction and effectiveness of talent training and social services.From the perspective of industrial clusters,the construction of professional groups is influenced by the establishment logic,the reform of the“three religions”and the ability of providing service for industries.In the future construction cycle,all higher vocational colleges need to start to build high-level professional groups from the following five aspects:construction logic,teaching reform,teaching team,integration of industry and education,and college governance,thus to promote the connotation development of vocational colleges.
