摘要
校企合作的程度与职业教育人才培养质量息息相关。针对目前江西职业教育校企合作存在合作层次浅、校企双方行为约束不强、职业教育师资参差不齐的问题,江西应出台地方性校企合作办学制度,建立职业教育人才培养的长效机制。
the depth of college-enterprise cooperation is closely related to the talent training quality of vocational education.In view of the problems in Jiangxi vocational education,such as the low level of college-enterprise cooperation,weak mutual constraints between colleges and enterprises,and uneven quality of teachers,it is necessary for Jiangxi province to introduce a series of local regulations on college-enterprise cooperation and establish a long-term mechanism for vocational education talent training.
