摘要 高等教育的高质量发展,不仅需要一支优良的教师队伍,而且需要一支职业化、专业化的高校管理队伍,建立一支高水平、专业化的高校管理队伍已成为现代化大学治理的必然要求。当前基层管理人员普遍存在职业倦怠,晋升路径单一、不确定等问题,严重影响到这支队伍的工作效率、职业认同感和专业化发展。建立高校基层管理人员的有效激励机制,激发他们工作的积极性、主动性,必须以充分了解基层管理人员的需求为前提和基础,以建立科学、客观评价体系为目标导向,以科学的激励机制系统为具体路径,从而为学校的教学科研工作提供有力保障,推动高校内部治理体系和治理能力现代化。 The high-quality development of higher education needs not only an excellent team of teachers,but also a professional and specialized university management team.The establishment of a high-level and professional university management team has become an inevitable requirement of modern university management.At present,there are common problems such as career burnout,single promotion path,uncertainty and so on,which has seriously affected the work efficiency,professional identity development of this team.To establish the effective incentive mechanism of grass-roots management,stimulate their enthusiasm and initiative,we must fully understand the needs of the grassroots management staff,which is a premise.We must establish a scientific and objective evaluation system as the goal orientation,with scientific incentive mechanism system as the specific path,thus to provide a strong guarantee for the university teaching and research work,and to promote the modernization of internal governance system and ability as well.
