摘要 《国家职业教育改革方案》和《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》相继出台,对教育质量评价改革提出了要求,尤其是要求在教师评价中“破五唯”,科学评价教师,引导教师教书育人。针对高职院校教师评价面临的困境,高职院校应依据教师发展导向理念,构建“把好三‘关’、建好三‘标’、做好三‘评’”的高职院校教师评价“三三模式”。 National Vocational Education Reform Plan and Overall Plan For Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era,which have been issued recently,put forward certain requirements for the reform of education quality evaluation,especially the requirements of“breaking the five only”in teacher evaluation so as to scientifically evaluate teachers and guide them to teach and educate student well.Facing the main difficulties in the evaluation of teachers and considering the concept of development-oriented evaluation,higher vocational colleges should construct the“triple-three mode”of teacher evaluation,which means to implement the evaluation standards of teachers'ethics,improve the development-oriented classification and hierarchical evaluation system,improve the data-based quality evaluation support system.
