师徒间缄默知识共享研究:内涵、困囿与战略选择 被引量:2

摘要 缄默知识与显性知识是知识存在的两种重要形式,二者对于个人成长成才都至关重要。缄默知识共享是培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要途径。当前,师徒间缄默知识共享存在专业师傅队伍不足、师傅缄默知识教授效率低,学生学习意愿不高、学徒缄默知识内化能力弱,相关法规激励缺位、师徒关系构建留存于表面,双向互选制度缺失、师徒知识能力偏好差距大等问题。采取建立专业师傅队伍,健全学徒遴选机制,完善相关政策保障,拓宽师徒双向选择等措施,可以提升师徒间缄默知识共享效率,提高职业教育育人质量。 Silent knowledge and explicit knowledge are two important forms of knowledge existence,both of which are crucial to personal growth.Silent knowledge sharing is an important way to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.At present,the silent knowledge sharing has the following problems:lack of professional teaching staff,low efficiency,low learning willingness,low internalization ability of students,relevant incentive regulations absence,mentoring relationship construction remains on the surface,lack of two-way mutual selection system,master knowledge ability preference gap.Measures such as establishing a team of professional masters,improving the selection mechanism of apprentices,improving relevant policy guarantee,and broadening the two-way choice of teachers and apprentices can improve the efficiency of silent knowledge sharing between teachers and apprentices,and improve the quality of vocational education and education.
