摘要
随着我国水利水电事业的蓬勃发展及科学技术的进步,地下厂房施工工期已成为很多水电站建设的控制工期。以红卫桥水电站地下厂房施工为例,通过对地下厂房施工通道布置进行优化,确定合理的开挖分层方案,选择合适的开挖设备及开挖方法;同时,针对岩壁吊车梁部位围岩地质条件差、地质缺陷处理时间长的问题,对地下厂房整体施工工序进行调整,并采用岩壁吊车梁后浇技术,最终实现地下厂房快速开挖。该技术对中小型地下厂房开挖施工具有很好的借鉴意义。
With the vigorous development of water conservancy and hydropower in China and the progress of science and technology,the construction period of underground powerhouse has become the control period of many hydropower stations.Taking the underground powerhouse construction of Hongweiqiao Hydropower Station as an example,through optimizing the construction channel layout of underground powerhouse,the reasonable excavation layered scheme is determined,and the appropriate excavation equipment and excavation method are selected.At the same time,in view of the poor geological conditions of surrounding rock and long processing time of geological defects in the rock-bolted crane beam,the overall construction process of underground powerhouse is adjusted,and the rock-bolted crane beam post-pouring technology is adopted to finally realize the rapid excavation of underground powerhouse.This technology has a good reference for the excavation construction of small and medium underground powerhouses.
