基于电气装置故障重新归类的整体性排故策略应用探讨

摘要 针对电气检修技术员由于无法准确判断电气装置的故障地点、故障类型而缺乏排故思路等常见问题,笔者结合多年的工作实践经验,在对电气装置故障重新归类的基础上,总结提炼出电气装置整体性排故策略;并以信号回路装置为例,从电气装置常见故障的重新归类、针对不同的故障类别制定有效的排故策略、排故策略的具体应用等方面对电气装置整体性排故策略进行了深入的探讨。应用结果表明:电气装置整体性排故策略思路清晰,能够指导电气维修技术员按部就班、快速有效地识别排查电气装置的各种类型故障。 In view of the common problems such as the lack of troubleshooting ideas for electrical maintenance technicians due to their inability to accurately determine the fault location and type of electrical equipment,combined with many years of practical experience,and based on the reclassification of electric device faults,the author summarizes and abstracts the holistic troubleshooting strategy of electric devices.Taking the signal circuit device as an example,this paper discusses the holistic troubleshooting strategy of electric device from the reclassification of common faults of electric device,the formulation of effective troubleshooting strategies for different fault types and the specific application of troubleshooting strategies.The application results show that the holistic troubleshooting strategy of electric devices is clear,which can guide electrical maintenance technicians to identify and investigate various types of faults of electric devices quickly and effectively.
