摘要 针对水电厂人员结构不合理及专业技术水平有限、企业内部IT运维模式和业务模式不匹配的问题,笔者所在单位参照ITIL基本原理与行业最佳实践,提出设计适应于水电流域企业集中运维管理模式和一体化流程管控机制、创建一体化服务管理模式、建设符合ITIL标准的IT服务管理平台的建设方案。通过建设监控中心的可视化管理模块、配置管理库(CMDB)、流程中心、度量中心及运维门户模块,建立贯通企业内部的一体化流程管控机制,搭建IT部门与业务部门沟通的桥梁,促进技术与业务的融合。 In view of the problems of unreasonable personnel structure,Limited professional and technical level,mismatch between IT operation and maintenance mode and business mode in hydropower plant,the author’s unit refers to the basic principle of ITIL and the best practice of the industry,and puts forward the construction scheme of designing the centralized operation and maintenance management mode and integrated process control mechanism suitable for hydropower basin enterprises,creating the integrated service management mode,and constructing the IT service management platform conforming to the ITIL standard.Through the construction of visual management module of monitoring center,configuration management database(CMDB),process center,measurement center and operation and maintenance portal module,the integrated process control mechanism within the enterprise is established,and the communication bridge between IT department and business department is built to promote the integration of technology and business.
