摘要
针对百龙滩水电站转轮主轴密封改造后出现的填料盘根使用时间短、漏水量过大、检修困难、影响效益等问题,笔者对存在问题的原因及主轴密封新结构的设计思路进行了分析,并经厂家技术人员模拟计算,最终确定了采用唇边密封结构的主轴密封改造方案。改造后解决了机组运行中存在的问题,且各项运行指标正常、稳定。该方案可在同类型机组的主轴密封改造中推广应用和给以借鉴。
In view of the problems such as short service time of packing,excessive leakage,difficult maintenance and impact on benefits after the transformation of the main shaft sealing of the runner in Bailongtan Hydropower Station,the author analyzes the causes of the existing problems and the design idea of the new structure of the main shaft sealing,and finally determines the transformation scheme of the main shaft sealing with lip seal structure through the simulation calculation of the manufacturer’s technicians.After the transformation,the problems existing in the operation of the unit are solved,and the operation indexes are normal and stable.The scheme can be popularized and used for reference in the transformation of main shaft sealing of the same type of units.
