中国共产党具有强烈的责任意识,其集中体现就是党的初心和使命。中国共产党的责任意识既是对中国文化中悠久的责任意识传统的继承,也是对中国传统责任意识的超越。在理论依据上,中国传统责任意识主要依赖儒家的伦理哲学,中国共产党责任意识则以马克思主义的科学理论为基础。在对自身和民众关系的定位上,中国共产党责任意识相对于中国传统责任意识的变化是从以民为本到依靠人民群众,从重民到为人民服务,从教化民众到引领民众。与传统相比,中国共产党责任意识对国家和天下也有了新的理解:从少数人的国家到人民的国家、从传统国家到民族国家、从天之下到全世界。中国共产党责任意识是对中国传统责任意识的创新性发展和创造性转化。

The CPC has a strong sense of responsibility,which is embodied in the party’s original aspiration and mission.The CPC’s sense of responsibility inherits the long tradition of responsibility consciousness in Chinese culture and also surpasses it.In terms of theoretical basis,the Chinese traditional sense of responsibility mainly relies on Confucian ethical philosophy,while the CPC’s sense of responsibility is based on Marxist scientific theory.In terms of the positioning of the relationship between itself and the people,the main changes include from being people-oriented to relying on the people,from attaching importance to the people to serving the people,from educating the people to leading the people.Compared with tradition,the CPC’s sense of responsibility also has a new understanding of the country and the world:from the country of the few to the country of the people,from the traditional state to the nation state,and from"under heaven"to the whole world.The CPC’s sense of responsibility is an innovative development and transformation of the traditional Chinese sense of responsibility.
